How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 6 months or more before your event date for larger celebrations like weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and corporate events. For smaller gatherings, we can often accommodate shorter timelines.
What types of services do you offer?
We are a full service event planning and design company. We handle all details from start to finish. Custom event design and decor services will be fully tailored to your theme and budget.
What areas of South Florida do you serve?
Two Besties Events serves clients throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and surrounding Palm Beach County and Broward County communities. We are open to travel for destination events — please inquire.
Do you work with a preferred vendor network?
Yes. We have cultivated relationships with some of South Florida’s best venues, caterers, photographers, florists, entertainment companies, and other event professionals. We recommend vendors based on your event type, style, and budget — and manage all vendor communication on your behalf.
Can you plan small or intimate events?
Absolutely. We plan events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 10 to large-scale celebrations of 300+. The size of the guest list doesn’t change our commitment to making the event feel personal and beautifully executed.

Two Besties Events plans children’s parties, birthday celebrations, baby showers, gender reveals, bridal showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, weddings and wedding events, corporate events, charitable fundraisers and galas, holiday parties, baptisms and private special occasions throughout South Florida.
